Col-U Cards Web Site Lets Consumers Create Their Own Baseball Card-Style Personal Bios and Resumes

Clayton, NC (PRWEB) September 26, 2007 - Col-U Cards, Inc. has launched colucards.com (www.colucards.com), providing consumers Web portal access to the company's highly-requested Col-U Cards and Pocket Resume products. Additionally, it features Col-U Forum--an online social networking destination where college students can post reviews of the schools they currently attend.

Col-U Cards, which is the company's flagship product, is essentially a baseball card-style biography that consumers can create themselves. After uploading their photo, visitors use a form template on the Web site to enter personal information. Then, a full-color, 3.5" x 2.5" card featuring their photo on one side and mini-biography on the other is created. The cards can be bought in decks of 16 and up.

Col-U Cards is also introducing its Pocket Resume product on the new site. Similar to the Col-U Card in formatting, it features a condensed version of an individual's resume--highlighting his or her most recent employment history and achievements. "It's a creative and extremely unique way to pass along information about yourself during networking opportunities," explained Reina Lipscomb, co-owner and president of Col-U Cards. "It certainly sets you apart from competitors." The Personal Resume product can be purchased in decks of 16 and up.

Col-U Forum, which provides a place for college and university students' to post evaluations about the schools they currently attend, is also debuting on Col-U Cards new site. "Our goal with this feature is to offer an added resource for students who are in the process of making decisions about which college or university they're interested in attending," said Lipscomb. "It offers an insider's viewpoint, which can be extremely valuable in the decision-making process--for both students and parents."
